I know things are tough right now, but there is a road that leads to brighter days
Through expertise and attentive guidance, I assist you in building bridges of internal dialogue that pave the way for a more fulfilled and suffering-free life.
I work to assist individuals in finding more meaning and emotional balance in their lives. Throughout my career, I have addressed a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, challenges in maintaining satisfying intimate relationships, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and difficulties in the workplace. For the past few years, through online psychotherapy, I’ve had the privilege of reaching clients from diverse nationalities and cultures. This experience has been incredibly enriching, expanding my understanding of mental suffering across different cultures.
After years of working as a psychotherapist, I’ve learned that a genuine human connection is the cornerstone of successful therapy. With this in mind, I aim to empathically understand my clients’ suffering and help them find meaning in their experiences.

If you are facing emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship problems, therapy can be beneficial. If you are unsure, we can schedule an initial session to address all your concerns and help you understand if you can benefit from psychotherapeutic treatment.
The first session typically involves an initial assessment, where you share your concerns and goals. However, it’s perfectly fine if you’re not clear about what you’re seeking in therapy or what your goals are. Often, these things aren’t immediately clear, and the role of the first session and subsequent sessions will be to help you clarify that.

The frequency can vary, but it is usually recommended to start with weekly sessions. Especially in the beginning, higher frequency sessions facilitate the formation of a therapeutic alliance between the client and therapist as well as the progress of therapy. However, if for any reason you do not want or cannot maintain this frequency, the therapeutic process can also be beneficial with a higher spacing, such as bi-weekly sessions.
Some therapies may be brief, while others may take more time. A brief therapy period typically ranges from 3 to 6 months, while longer therapies can extend over several years. The duration of therapy may vary depending on the individual needs of each client.
The cost of therapy sessions varies depending on the professional’s level of experience and qualifications. The website of the Federal Psychology Council has a fee schedule that suggests a lower limit, an average limit, and an upper limit for the cost of psychology services in Brazil.
